Bay Flats Lodge fills a great many important niches in the American market. First off, it is a shallow saltwater sight-fishing venue where guest can cast to tailing redfish from the bow of flats skiffs under the watchful eyes of professional guides. Second, it offers very nice accommodations and meals. And third, it is easy to reach, reasonably priced and stays of varying length are welcomed. Bay Flats Lodge is located in the middle of the Texas coast near San Antonio Bay where they access over 30 miles of pristine largely undeveloped flats, shorelines, sloughs and back lakes surrounding Matagorda Island and the Guadalupe River Delta. For saltwater anglers of all skill levels this is a wonderful venue to practice your craft, improve your skills and experience a unique and productive saltwater ecosystem.
